There are over a million webhosts that over MySQL and PHP. You just have to find a decent one that works for you. Not sure anyone here can tell you the best one to use as it's all about personal...

Although 1 guy had an issue because he changed his password in the wrong spot on the website.

I've seen that when we changed the rcon password on our servers but didn't update the sourcebans website with the new rcon passwords. Can you check that?
