our server is fine...8/8 quad.

EDIT: ok...my bad...i found an error on second glance from when i switched over to webadmin and didnt update the database....repaired....but still sourcebans...

nope. sourcebans causes alot of lag on player joins. the code seems to check against some db with low bandwidth....disabling bans plugin yields significant
gains in quality overall. i have to ditch...
