Would probably be best to just add a sort of sourcebans detection and ban based on that. I use BoomPanel so I just removed everything that requires sourceban.

No options for non-premium/vip usage restriction will be added. Do not request it, do it yourself if you want to.

Its not necessary if you're fine with getting an account banned, using it on LAN, or buying/using tokens from someone else. Like sneaK said, you won't find support for that plugin on this forum.

Sdonate is decent. You will have to have a plugin that handles the adding of VIP flags and stuff because the panel only communicates via rcon. Not sure if I can post the link here so just google...
