go to you'r server directory ...\tf\scripts\population
find mvm_MAPNAME_Difficulty.pop
open it with notepad and change "StartingCurrency" to 30000

ok i found what a conflict plugin- it's a "[TF2]Level 3 mini-sentries" (1.2) by KalaPihvi
maybe for someone it will be useful

i have almost same problem.
plugins:

i tried update sourcemod 1.5 and metamod 1.10 and now again source mod 1.4 and metamod 1.9 but still crashes for some reason
