2. Have you enabled modules.ini?
3. Are you using nonsteam? This makes sense because of him saying "the time, I reconnect game".

I just tested it with him and if he sprays at my head with an m4, it does no damage. If he does it on the legs / foot then it works. The body doesn't even work either. wtf is going on?

Last Request, Fundays/Special Days, strip t weapons, block buy, /rules and other plugins like that.
