Multi Server Advertising.

Recently I updated my Hlsatsx with the latest version and was pleased to see the multi server chat option.

I have it enabled and players can chat across servers.
It is really helpful for admins...

After much research and a conversation with a nix guru there is no GCC-3.4 for FDC 2. My only option would be to put a newer version of nix on my extremely stable box. NOT!

ok, got the mod up and running on Fedora RC2, all is good except anyone can execute mc_chickenall & mc_unchickenall (did not test mc_chicken playername)
