I found a solution, but it isn't pretty.

I installed the latest 1.2.1 snapshot, and that didn't work.
Then I checked ZPS servers where funcommands where working, and found out they where running...

I've added my self as an admin in "admins.cfg" with flag "z" (which should give me über-power).

I can access sm_admin, but when I try:
