For some reason this plugin causes a bit of nasty lag for some clients.

Its weird because most clients are fine, but when there are 2+ laser mines deployed on the map a handful of clients will...

When does it get called?

I have registered it by using:

register_forward(FM_CmdStart, "fw_CmdStart")

..and I am including:
