This is my understanding from what I read of Peace-Maker's reply. You are to store the entity data in pre hook phase as opposed to using DHookGetParam in post hook.

Tested your plugin on Left4Dead2 and it didn't work due to models not being present. Replacing models done the trick.

You can try these models and see, I didn't have time to test them out.

Plugin reads up the mission files and I run a lot of custom maps. Result is segment fault errors, so I removed the mission files functions as I only needed to change weapon attributes.

I done some tests and it seems that bad mission files were indeed the problem. I stripped the weapons function from the plugin and removed mission related code. It works as intended now and saved me...

Stripper is loaded at map start, while this extension reads data at run time. For example this extension will only kick in when an entity is triggered. This is really handy in fixing map glitches.

All these tell me that you are missing the plugins that create these commands. This wouldn't hurt you in any way as they just add some features to the game.

I know this for a fact that some of the map have bad mission files so that could be the prime culprit. Let me do some tests and I'll get back to you.

You guys need to provide error logs if there are any and the exact moments when the crash happens.

In paul92's case, if no plugin requires it then Downtown shouldn't even load.

Can you add the ability to read the data as well, at least for weapons. I know it is possible, because Downtown extension has that feature.

I have not made any changes to L4D1 binary at all. Do you get any errors or logs?
