Alltalk 3 is both teams can hear everything. 1 & 2 are for 1 team to have all talk on and 0 is off. So if you set alltalk to 2, then one team hears all of the chat and the other doesn't :/

Im new to sourcemod, but i did use AMX-X quite alot. In AMX you could add custom menus. What I would like to do is add some commands to our SM_admin menu such as:
