Thanks for the Plugin, it works now!
But the next problem is that the sound won't play ingame (Console not shows that it even trys to play it otherwise i would get error of missing file)

Any idea?

I have checked the Error Logs but i have realised that it is not coming from the Plugin itself
No SourceMod Error Log found

After i have uninstalled the Plugin and after that it worked normally...
