As previously mentioned in the post above,

Standard path for sounds is; /csgo/sound/misc/tecnohard

And the config to change path etc is; csgo/cfg/sourcemod/abner_res.cfg

I added every file that came with the most recent download of the WC3FT mod correctly, checked it multiple times.
