But yeah I figured out a solution:

If you put a delay of like 3 seconds before creating a fake client, it won't crash.

The function 'bot = engfunc(EngFunc_CreateFakeClient, botname)' seems to cause my server to crash now.
I tried it on a fresh install of amxx 1.8.1 and the server console gets to the "loaded 1 admin"...
