libstdc++.so.6 was the file to look for and the path would depend on where you installed the server (but somewhere in /home/emosewaj/gs/ seems most likely).

Anyway, upgrading is probably best.

I might be wrong but I think I've had a similar issue - I think SteamCMD comes packaged with its own outdated version of libstdc++ - if you delete it from somewhere in the SteamCMD directory and try...
