Yes but it's to complicated. You have to wait at least 5 minutes to ban player. In five minutes a cheater can annoy each player on server

Not possible. When you ban player its already disconected and no command can be executed on them.

When I type kz_mpbhopmenu it says that the block is unmovable but it moves. It doesn't move after I set it movable and then unmovable again.
