Hi,
There is an issue, when you set advertisment tag with {colors} the color name with brackets are displayed in csay (C type messages).
I fixed it:

if(StrEqual(sType, "C", false))
{
...

For me plugin is working well but it has too short letters limit.

I am not sure yet but plugin wont display more than 7 adverts. Also you should increase the letters amount in one message because the plugin sometimes cuts the logner sentence.
