My server got Timed out all time

Hey Allied.
My server always got timed out all time after en of the map. i dont know whats the problem or how can i fix it..
On my server we are using just 1 map de_mirage and when one team is win...

I fixed my issues but i still have 1 problem when i add someone to vip and he open vip menu vip panel saying u have 0 days and when he reconnect to the server i need to add again to vip...

Vip purchase throught website

Is there any solution for it? A player can purchase a vip through my website and automatically added to vip members on server?
