the inital server build was done by someone else, theres no such plugin running and i cant find anything about it in any config files.

i want it visible, hence the thread.

yes, but its blocked for some reason.
when anyone aside from myself tries to use it, it doesnt list them.
all they get is something about it being "blocked for public viewing"
