When sm_cheats_adminsonly is 0, everyone can use every cheat. But when it's 1 only admin can use cheats. I tried adding thirdperson to the list, but it doesn't work for clients when...

The request is kind of weird, though. I play Garrys Mod and it's very useful. But Garry blocked it. So I got sourcemod, but I'm not happy...
