yeah, inflictor suppose to be entity that deal damage (usually weapon entity)...

I think as long as the entity deal damage via ExecuteHamB TakeDamge with correct attacker and victim input, it should work.

The attacker from those entity should be get from pev_owner

Rotating Player's Lower-Body

like the title said, is it possible to rotate the lower-body part of player? It usually only change when player pressing Move button (ASDW) and other pev only work with upper-body part

Try to set Ammo to 2
I think because you can only carry 1 HE/Smoke so you can't get anymore than 1 since when throwing, it technically still carrying that nade.

It is possible with this plugin with some edit (I tried and it work) but unless you only want it for normal weapon only, I wouldn't recommend using this plugin since it WILL break a lot of weapon...
