Adds 4 cvars that tweak incapped damage based on difficulty survivor_incap_mult_easy, survivor_incap_mult_normal, survivor_incap_mult_hard, survivor_incap_mult_impossible.

The hunter and smoker already have their own logic for extra damage when incapped, I could do the tank but it will only affect player tanks, since AI tanks deal extra damage already

This plugin adds a cvar z_charger_incap_mult that can increase the damage the Charger does to a survivor when it's incapped. I always found it funny how the Charger could keep pummelling a survivor...

They're both up to date. I ended up placing sm plugins reload l4d2_sb_ai_improver at the end of server.cfg and that seems to fix it.

Bots won't pickup Tier 3 weapons if they have their Tier 2 "favorites", ie Ellis will not grab the m60 if he has a sniper, Coach with autoshotty/spas etc. At least that was my experience so far.
