I just use this command "app_update 740" on steamcmd as shown here : https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive_Dedicated_Servers#Downloading_the_CS:GO_Dedicated_Server

How much Storage needed for server updates?

Okay so me and my mates are playing CSGO for fun now a days on our server hosted on AWS.

Initially I allocated 32Gigs of storage on it because I heard server files is like 28Gigs and extra storage...

Well its appx 29Gigs on my server but whenever there is an update it re-downloads the 29gigs before deleting any files for updates so it fails.
