ok i downloaded a dedicated server, followed your instructions and it doesnt work. this is why you need to make a tutorial for noobs

so i would just have to put both in my csgo folder then launch the game -insecure to be able to use the addon offline with bots?

Like could you go play offline with bots, like a death match game. Is there a way use the plugin without an actual server just playing with bots? Could I pull up the !ws ?
