As far as I know, there isn't any problems if you don't do weird stuff (like disabling the plugin between maps and stuff).

If you know how to compile a plugin, just remove the steamtools include and the lines where it sets the game name (to "Team Fortress 2" and "Dodgeball Redux").

Nope, the only thing that changed was that it doesn't requiere steamtools anymore (but it needs tf2items/tf2attributes).

Yeah, if you force team blue, and you don't allow specs, the plugin will work as intended, I never had this issues because I used to set up those two things whenever a deathrun map was on the server...

I think that "rewritten" is strong word, the truth is that the only part that matter for those errors is the part where the plugin selects the death here...

I'm pretty sure that the SourceTV and Spectate problems are the same, I really thought that those problem were fixed on one of the last updates. Maybe I'll take a look later.
