Over 512 - Plugins Taking Space?

I don't know but for example when I try to add a map: jb_snow to my server...

"the item count is over the 512"

I heard from some plugins they take a lot of space... NO CLUE.

I have added the plugin and models to my server but when I enter /hats it does not work! I also put the name of plugin in plugin.ini! No menu or nothing loading up!
