[CSGO] Server doesn't kick bots when the server is empty

My bunnyhop server kicks the bot when the server is empty, while my Jailbreak server does not. I know this is something to do with one of my plugins, but I can't figure out which plugin it is.

Hey there. Whenever someone is suspected of cheating, the plugin only stops recording the demo when they leave the server.

Instantly after the plugin stops the demo recording, the server crashes....

I think thats what the original plugin I was talking about uses. It works flawlessly, just needs the VIP and Gravity version to be merged together and it'll be perfect.

At boot, it says that no map was specified and would default to D2. It also gives
