You can use command !forcestart to start even if players aren't marked as ready if that's basically what you're asking

The perplayerrestrict doesn't seem to work 100% of the time (I have it set to restrict the awp from 0 to 1 at 12 players but it will unrestrict at 5 then restrict again at 6

I think his point is to block usage of all the @ commands so @all @ct @t @alive etc for certain admin flags. I would also kind of like this for when I am trialling staff and other purposes.
