I typically use sm_givetitle "name" just to be safe, rather then using the menu to navigate to the user I'm trying to give a title to.

Not sure if it was fixed or not, but upon initial release,...

What makes it slow is not so much the amount of data (though that does have some impact) but rather the absurd number of queries that the plugin has to do every time someone beats a map to calculate...

Yep... just change the "INTERVAL 1 MONTH" part to "INTERVAL 2 MONTH"
