How would any other plugin that has totally nothing to do with Sourcebans or the ip the sourcebans site is hosted on have any effect on the sourcebans ip getting banned?

Checked hlstatsx, but no script regarding bans is running. Also the hlstatsx and sourcebans are running on two different ip's.
It's only the sourcebans ip that is getting banned.

The Anti Flash, Anti Wallhack and the Anti Smoke fail to load. I do not know what I did wrong.
