[first attempt] Can this be reviewed?

I just want to know if I was doing it right, please contribute as much as you can, i.e. fixing 1-5 errors I have made. I know it's very bad..

No errors. I executed the sql fine, and restarted the server a bunch of times. Nothing. I made it automatically log everyone in the server but no one is logged...

I put a new database in databases.cfg as "timetracker" and set the default database for time tracker to be "timetracker", and yet nothing is on the mysql when there are clearly people in the server.
