SRCDS watchdog not working as intended?

So i have actually worked with css and cs:Go servers for some time now, but on linux, this time though it's on a windows OS, since it's easier to setup, but i can't get the SRCDS watchdog to work...

I'm having some issues in CS:GO, the plugin chooses from the maplist or mapcycle files... although my maplists.ini doesn't point to any of those files.
And i can edit the files since every update...

So we have a server that has started acting up, it shows offline on sourcebans now and we tried readding it with both the IP and the dns name still shows 'Error connecting' it worked fine few days...

I can't check if it's working right now, but so far it seems like the clientprefs.ext.dll wasn't loaded for some reason O.o
The plugin and extension were both in the correct folders, just not...

I think the reason i get this is because the timer-physics is disabled due to an error, it says i should check the logfiles, but i can't seem to find anything about the timer-physics in the logfiles....

I would suggest removing the /restart command, if people already finished the map, writes /restart the timer just restarts and they can enter the, 'END' area again and get a time of 2 seconds......
