extensions crash

When i try install every extensions the server got crash after start or instant crash. when i delete the extensions the server is works....

same here... but i have new fresh Sourcemod, and if the ptah installed, cant start the server and i dont know why.....

i no have idea.. i put the mp_do_warmup_period 0
mp_warmuptime 0 and i have 30 sec warmup :@ i hate that update...
