Gameplay/Group plugin control

So you could group plugins

ie. knife+alltalk+lowgrav+remove weapons
and deathmatch+hurryup+sounds

etc and make it so only 1 is active, like a game profile

amx_game1
amx_game2
amx_game3 ...

Crashed Server had to redo

Nothin worked. Wouldn't compile so i just stuck in the .amx. Server crashed
