Yeah this is more of what I was looking for. Although in the current state, it presents itself as more of a gameplay/teamwork based plugin than RTD which I also think is great. An option for both...

I installed these two on my server without fail, but the sm_ban command doesn't even seem to exist!
"!ban", "/ban" and even "sm ban" in the server...
