help with VIP item cooldown

Hello,
i have been trying to add cooldown to the invisibility skill from the vip plugin pack

the idea is i have helpers and admins for helpers they can't direct ban and so they use voteban but i would love that all bans have a reason and that it can be controled

if i'm using the original adminvote.amxx with ur plugin ultimate plugin . it's just a normal ban no status and...

well i have small issue with ur plugin i tryed editing config many time to make the infection start in 10 secs but it never worked it always starts from 30 or 40 sec .

anyway still ur work is just...
