Same for me in CS:GO the release in the OP. Didn't found anything in the error logs.

Just download SDKHooks 2.2.0 newest beta and 1.9.0 MetaMod beta, same for SourceMod.

And you have the sounds/materials in the FastDL server?
Did you edited the plugin files?
Which version do you use?
