Why you don't set the Crime HUD under the RP HUD on the left site ?

Then you can see who have crime and how much at the moment you must look at the players for seeing the crim this is really hard...

goto addons -> sourcemod ->Plugins and delete the talkzone.smx then you guys can talk about the normal y chat and with u just team chat it is much better.
