Not active anymore though, problem for me is that valve kinda nuked the tf2 scene with quickplay/preferred server on which i have lower and lower amounts of servers. Hence no need to look into this...

check the configs on the server itself if they have the override in it. Then just do a sm_who on the server to see if they actually do have the correct flag too.

The last update removed the homing stats on rockets, so all other plugins that relied on homing from rockets also dont work as far as i know. Something i believe we cannot do much about at this...

In case of the need for this, if you RPS with hale, it only does 9k damage max. So not killing him good enough.

I don't know if its possible, but if you loose from rock paper scissors, that it would actually kill that person that lost, or set on fire, explode, or whatever comes in mind ;)

Plenty of symfony projects that use bower, even has a nicer way of handling it (https://github.com/Spea/SpBowerBundle) its just makes our lives as dev easier to update bootstrap/angular/etc ..

@powerlord, it even requires composer ;) in the end we will release a zip and try it in such a way you dont need to run composer or bower or node.
