How can I go about assigning an Admin different flags across different servers? For example I want the Admin to have A,B,C flags on server 1 but only A,B on server 2. So far I can only make it so...

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried checking the debug but it works fine, no errors shown. As for the IDs, I check as well and they all match up as they should.

That is odd. On my FTP if I set any file to the file permission of 0400 then even if I try and overwrite it it will say not enough permissions. It's how I stop certain files from being updated when...

It should be working, I have this problem on one of my servers and I just set it to read-only. If it helps mine is set to 0400.

Just change the permissions of that file to non writtable.

Right click > CHMOD

You need to make sure your database can accept remote connections from your server I.P address. You may need to do that manually through your control panel. I don't think your provider did that.
