That is misinformation. That only applies to extensions compiled against the CS:GO SDK. Socket is game-independent.

And as you can see it supports POST as an alternative (as a huge number of HTTP clients / proxies don't support PUT or DELETE requests).

Socket doesn't "support" any HTTP requests, it's a low level socket library.

Why dont you make one?
Hint: All the code is already in SourceMod, the updater uses it, it's just not exposed to Pawn.

Logging into Steam requires you to establish an SSL connection, which you cannot do with this.
You could go via your existing PHP script though.

It's a SourceMod extension, not a MM:S plugin.
Use 'sm exts list' and 'sm exts load'

Do other extensions upload fine? Some GSPs block binary files from being uploaded.
