Lebson find out your php version by creating a file called info.php and put this in it then just browse to the file.

You have to allow access from the game server's ip. If you're using cpanel x you can add access hosts. Just add something like 208.100.45% as an access host.

Did you have mysql admins already set up? You need to have that set up and then in rcon type sm_create_adm_tables then try to install sourcebans.
