problem with selection menu

the mod starts nicely on the server, but when players choose option 1 to choose new weapons, the menu disappears.

anybody knows how to solve this problem. I tried replacing the bin files from the cstrike/bin folder, but then the server got into a loop and kept rebooting over and over again....

The server is rented. The server's logs and console show no problems at all. When a client tries to connect to the server, the following error is displayed in console:
