How to Steam Group "Ban"

just wondering, how could i ban someone from my Steam Group if they are sending fake IP's to people trying to hack accounts? I've had warnings on him, just cant seem to ban/ kick him from our group....

elpouletorange, i think the "sg_portal" is short for startgate which would be right.. i believe :|

EDIT: I have all the normal portals up and all the stargate portal files in place as well. but...
