Apparently I had my cl_downloadfilter set to nosounds, I'm downloading them just fine now. Even after I reinstall the game it automatically comes with "nosounds". I suppose a few people might...

Yes they do once you put those files manually in your csgo directory, otherwise they are not downloading, for me at least.

Download through the browser works just fine, other servers are having the same issue, I really doubt these huge communities are having troubles with FDL, has to be the plugin.

The thing is there is a cvar for minimum players to vote in order to start a public vote which works for kick but not for ban.
If its a voteban only 1 player vote is enough to start the public vote,...

It doesn't let players join who just bought Prime via market, nor the players who have reached level 21. Is there no Appid or any other way to allow to join at least one of those two?

According to those decal counts, server should have crashed many times by now since theyre over 511.
I suppose default files which come with cs are precached too because I certainly do not use nor...
