csgo all plugins arent loading

for some reason only half of the plugins arent loading idk why but i get this everytime i try to list plugins from the rcon tool

and every 7 minutes the server randomly crashes

another...

i attempted to connect to my public ip from outside at a friends house and it still didnt work.can i get the ports that do work? idk which ones to use.

ive tried every port, ive went everywhere and i still cant connect to my own server on the external ip. i even tried dmz and that still didnt work.

im using xfinity (which is horrible), connected...
