If you're running a custom content heavy server, then it might by due to stringtables getting full.
I'm seeing regular crashes due to "Engine error: Host_Error: Overflow error writing string table...

That's there to avoid errors in the case that the player has left the server since the AFK timer started, or that the player killed themselves/changed teams.

Ok, it was just a silly mistake by me where, for some reason, I had assumed that VSH_GetSaxtonHaleUserId() was returning the real player index.
The attached version should work.

Give this a go, if you like, although I've not tested it, as I don't have a VSH server.
It has one cvar "sm_hale_afk_time" which defaults to 15 seconds.

What was the last working version for you? The one I gave you when it is just for rockets and pipes, or this one where you specify the projectile in the config?
