[CS:GO] Teleport (Reset Team)

Temporary solution to the teleport command in community servers.

At this moment, any player can use the command before he dies and in the next round he will be spawned there.

The plugin slays...

In one part of the menu it shows admins in the second part VIPs, and in the third part admins can change their presence in the menu
