I don't think it will interfere. This plugin only listens to the player manually selecting a team to join, auto balance should still function properly.
If it doesn't work however or breaks...

It says version 2.6.12 in the config. You can come check for yourself on my server if you want to. It's odd.
Is there a way to keep the control point locked? It's kinda confusing for players...

Well, in the config it states that "vsh2_spawn_ammo_kit_limit_max 0" will add unlimited amounts of boxes. So there really isn't a way to disable them.
