If I am not mistaken this error happens cause I compiled the binaries with SM 1.10 compiler (which is not backwards compatible?!)
I reuploaded all binaries compiled with SM 1.9

oh, I forgot to mention in OP:
talkover_enable - 0 - disabled, 1 - enable plugin

I misread your question. Yeah, a command to toggle would be useful! coming soon

Admin Talkover will mute the warden when an admin speaks.
When warden speaks and the admin interrupts in, the mutes will be revoked when the warden stop speaking.

It's not ideal to use both.
