My problem is that it only gives the weapon to the first player, not the 2nd. Am I doing something wrong or what?

Edit: Fixed the original problem now a different one exist.

When I edit the weapons file, I created just a weapon with the unusual flying bits on it for me, it worked. Now I tried to create one...
